Hi I’m Ela and I’m a Fitness instructor and PT at Area 51 . I teach spin , bodytone , Grit , and legs bums and tums . Spin is my passion as I’m a keen cyclist and love to motivate others and lead by example . Spin is a fantastic and fun way to improve your fitness and lose bodyfat . Body tone is an all over body workout using lighter weights focussing on correct technique . Grit is a 30 minute high intensity class focussing on toning your body . We have different types of Grit that I teach . Strength , cardio and plyo . LBT focusses on legs , bum and tum . This is a great class for anyone looking to tone their legs ,glutes and abs . I also teach the circuit training classes .
