Our 'Legs, Bums and Tums' gym classes are a fun filled way to help tone those wobbly bits. These classes are particularly popular with our women members who are keen to improve their overall body shape.

Designed by a former marine, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits in.

It’s only thirty minutes long, but you will train hard the entire time. It’s suitable for everyone and you can adjust the exercises to suit your own abilities.

Everyone wants 2B Fighting Fit... Using foundation, medial and advanced skills routines and drill methods, you can be too.

Each class uses time tested skipping, bag/pad work and body weight circuits. You can maximise your potential in achieving any of your physical improvement goals and add another skill set to your armoury, by incorporating the Boxing based cardiovascular conditioning class led by experienced Coach Lee Murray “So as thou shalt sow, so thou shalt reap”!

Abs classes are all about developing and strengthening your stomach area. Abs classes are 30 minutes of core-blasting direct ab work to help flatten, tone and develop your abdominal muscles. The class is always varied so its different and exciting each week. You'll be doing everything from crunches to planks to bicycles. All exercises have adaptations and alternatives so if you can't quite do a particular exercise its easily adapted.

A Body Tone class is a full body conditioning and strengthening workout, improving functional strength, flexibility and co-ordination. It is also excellent for improving vital core strength.
